Dr. Shawn M. Morris, DC

Dr. Shawn Morris graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science Pre-Med Degree. He then received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University in Marietta, GA, and Physical Therapy certifications from Brenau University in Atlanta. Dr. Morris has been practicing in the East Brunswick area for over 17 years, and has served the community very well.

Dr. Michael L. Pollard, DC

Dr. Pollard is a 1999 cum laude graduate of Life University. His undergraduate studies were completed at Rutgers University and Middlesex County College. He has been in private practice since 2000. He has practiced the entirety of his career in New Jersey, in the towns of: East Brunswick, Plainsboro, Union, and now currently in Freehold, where he lives with his wife Jennifer, three boys Eli, Max, and Ben, as well as his three dogs Mia, Oly, and Zoe. Throughout his career he has treated thousands of patients, ranging from infants, children, adults, athletes, and weekend warriors. The removal of vertebral subluxation has always been at the forefront of his practice mission utilizing a unique combination of traditional hands on adjustments as well as the latest in technology.

Emma Florentino, Certified Physical Therapist

Guillerma "Emma" Florentino is our East Brunswick Certified Physical Therapist with 30 years of experience. Emma earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in the Philippines.

Emma specializes in treating acute and chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, fibromyalgia, arthritis and other sports and recreational related injuries.

Emma prides herself in helping patients to improve movement and functions in daily living, by teaching them specific exercises to improve mobility, strength and coordination. Her compassionate care, along with her commitment, helps patients reduce and ultimately eliminate pain in order to return to an active lifestyle.

Bryanna, Licensed Chiropractic Assistant (LCA) Candidate

Bryanna is one of our East Brunswick LCA Candidates. While initially pursuing her nursing prerequisites at Middlesex College, Bryanna discovered the world of Chiropractic Care through Dr. Morris and the LCA Candidate Program. This unique path resonated with her desire to help patients live pain-free, active lives, aligning perfectly with the Encompass philosophy.

In her free time, Bryanna enjoys traveling and creative activities, such as painting.

Tiffany, Licensed Chiropractic Assistant (LCA) Candidate

Tiffany is another one of our East Brunswick LCA Candidates. Tiffany brings a wealth of experience to our team, with 9-10 years in healthcare. She's passionate about caring for patients, working with both children and adults.

When she's not taking care of patients, she enjoys working out, playing racquetball and spending quality time with her family.

Stephanie, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Stephanie is our newest Certified Medical Assistant with more than eight years of experience in the healthcare industry, including the last two years dedicated to her role as a Medical Assistant.

She is passionate about patient care and finds fulfillment in listening to patients’ stories and supporting them throughout their healing journey. Stephanie strives to ensure every patient feels valued, cared for, and understood.

Outside of the clinic, Stephanie is a competitive bodybuilder. She brings the same discipline, strength, and motivation to her professional work, making her a compassionate and dedicated member of the Encompass team.

Kate, Front Desk Coordinator

Kate is the Front Desk Coordinator at our East Brunswick Encompass Spinal and Integrated Wellness location. After being a longtime patient at Encompass, she’s now joining us on the other side of the desk. This is her first role in healthcare, and she’s eager to help others on their wellness journeys.

When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her gaming—her favorite game is Monster Hunter.

Kim, Front Desk Coordinator & Therapy Assistant

Kim is the Front Desk Coordinator and Therapy Assistant at our Freehold Encompass Spinal and Integrated Wellness location. She brings valuable experience from her time as a Tech at Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. Her passion for healthcare is deeply personal, inspired by the doctors and nurses who supported her during childhood. Currently, Kim is preparing to begin nursing school, with the goal of continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients.

Beyond her professional interests, Kim enjoys the automotive world and often spends her free time attending car meets and shows. Her enthusiasm for both people and passions outside of work adds warmth and energy to the Encompass team.
